Are reservations required?
Reservations are strongly recommended. For certain events such as holiday brunches and special occasions, reservations are required. Reservations are accepted through the Administrative Office Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm or directly via OpenTable under Dining Site.

What is the food minimum?

All members, excluding non-resident members, have a quarterly food minimum of $150. Alcoholic beverages, sodas, taxes, and service charges are not credited toward the minimum

What is the statement billing process?
Member statements are generated on the first business day of the month. Monthly dues are billed at the end of the month, and all charges from the previous month are listed. Payments are due on the 20th of each month. If not received by the 20th, they will be considered late and a 2% late charge will be applied toward the balance owed. 

What is the current service charge and do the servers receive that amount?
There is an automatic 15% service fee applied to all food and beverage charges in the restaurant and lounge. This 15% service fee is collected and placed in a "tip pool" which is then divided by all the serves based on the number of hours they have worked. Members may also provide their server an extra gratuity at the bottom of their receipt as service warrants. 

Are tee times necessary?
Tee times are required and can be made by calling the Pro Shop at 434-4886. The weekends are busier, so it is suggested that you phone a few days in advance. Every effort is made to accomodate member's requests for tee times. 

What are the range and cart fees?
Currently, all golf members are charged a $10 range plan fee. This fee allows unlimited usage of the driving range for the golf member and their guests. Cart fees are $20 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes. You can purchase a yearly cart plan for $1,200 (family) or $900 (single) which includes unlimited cart usage. 

How can I schedule a tennis or golf lesson?
The club employs PGA Golf Professionals and USTA Tennis Professional to provide our members and their children private lessons and clinics. Call the respective Pro Shop for details. 

Does the club offer junior programs and activities for children?
The club offers junior programming in both golf and tennis, with a main focus in Summer months. We also have a championship swim team. There are special events for children throughout the year. 

Does the club offer childcare?
We do not currently offer full-time childcare services. The club does offer childcare on some evenings and for special events where parents may be in attendance. 

Are private meeting rooms available at the club?
We have comfortable, elegant private rooms that provide the opportunity for members and their guests to create the perfect environment for dinner parties, receptions, business meetings, weddings, anniversaries, showers, and graduation functions.
